We ship within the United States and internationally.

NOTE: We DO NOT ship to states or localities where kratom is banned except Bay Kratom t-shirts and other items. 

- Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin
- San Diego, CA and Sarasota County, FL.

Orders placed from restricted areas will be canceled.

**Delivery Time:

Standard shipping takes 3–10 business days depending on location.

**Shipping Carrier:

We use USPS and other major carriers.

**Incorrect Address:

 We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
