*Return & Refund Policy**

At **Bay Kratom**, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products and applicable laws, we have a strict but fair return policy to ensure quality control, compliance, and safety for all customers.

🔄 **Returns**

We **do not accept returns** on any **opened** or **used** Kratom products due to health, hygiene, and regulatory reasons.

However, we will gladly accept returns for **unopened, sealed products** within **14 days** of delivery under the following conditions:

* Item(s) must be in original, unused, and unopened condition.
* Return must include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
* Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or damaged in transit).

To request a return, contact us at baykratom@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

💸 **Refunds**

Once your return is received and inspected:

* If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
* Shipping costs are non-refundable.
* If your return is rejected (e.g., product opened or tampered with), you will be notified and the product will not be returned.

🚫 **Non-Returnable Items**

* Opened or used Kratom products
* Sale or promotional items
* Gift cards
* Products marked as “Final Sale”

❗**Damaged or Incorrect Items**

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within **3 days of delivery** at  baykratom@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will either send a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

⚠️ **Important Notes**

  • Due to the legal status of Kratom in certain states or municipalities, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds
  • if you place an order to a restricted area. It is your responsibility to know and follow your local laws.
    * By purchasing from Bay Kratom, you acknowledge and agree to this Return Policy.
